 Terms of Service for  Pro Subscription

Welcome to the  app. By subscribing to the  Pro subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Subscription Overview

The  Pro subscription provides an ad-free experience within the app. The subscription period is defined at the time of purchase and may vary based on the selected plan (e.g., monthly, yearly).

2. Subscription Period and Price Changes

The subscription period starts from the date of purchase and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

The price of the subscription is subject to change at any time. Users will be notified of any price changes before the renewal of their subscription.

If the price changes, existing subscribers will be notified via the app or email, and they will have the opportunity to accept the new price before their subscription renews.

3. Payment and Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the rate of the selected plan.

You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings at any time after purchase.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to  Pro until the end of your subscription period.

Refunds are not provided for any unused portion of the term.

If you cancel during a free trial period, you will lose access to the trial content immediately upon cancellation.

5. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

6. License and Use

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use  Pro for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from us.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using  Pro, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
